"Neurofencing: Understand the Inner Workings of Your Brain and Improve Performance."
Surpiya will demonstrate how a 15 min warm-up will transform the state of a fencer’s brain from relaxed to alert and their heart rate from resting to target. When this happens, the fencer's reaction time is improved by 15%.This objective, data-driven study won the Washington State Science & Engineering Fair in 2021 & 2022.
Workshop #2 : Kaizen Academy Fencing, Redmond WA - June 21 2022
